Product Care?

The best way to keep your leather looking bright and new, is to simply wipe over with a clean damp cloth or hand wash in cold water. Reshape leather footwear and leave
to dry, out of direct sunlight.


Our leather footwear should never be placed in the washing machine or dryer.

How do I track my order?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving full payment. Orders are sent via Australia Post, and you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we provide International delivery, Please allow 10-14 days for International delivery. For seasonal deliveries please allow 14-21 days.

What is your returns policy?

It is really important to us that you love your purchase.

We have tried to describe our product to the best of our ability. Please ensure you have looked at all the product photos before making your purchase.


Actual colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.

We do not offer refunds if you have not measured your babies feet correctly so please ensure you have selected the correct size and allowed 1-2cm for best fit.

In the unlikely event that the shoes are faulty we will offer you an exchange or store credit.


Return products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and International returns must be returned with 21 days of purchase.

Please note items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted.
